About

Notary Public & Signing Agent

A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who has been trained to handle loan documents. Lenders and title companies hire Signing Agents as independent contractors to assist in the last step of the loan process. Iris Katharina operates according to the highest standards of practice expected of professionals in the settlement services industry.  Understanding urgency and discretion you are in trusted hands with your loan documents.

The main difference between a mobile Notary and a Notary Signing Agent is the focus of their work. While Notaries encounter a wide variety of documents, Signing Agents specifically handle home loan documents.  Iris Katharina is Insured, Bonded,  Background Screened and Commissioned in the state of California.  She has been a  member of the National Notary Association since 2020.

Handling confidential matters with discretion and forging effective relationships while understanding urgency and integrity between borrowers, lenders and title companies is my number one goal.  My past experience in real estate as a Transaction Manager allows me to guide clients through documents with confidence and communicate with escrow and lenders efficiently.   My knowledge ensures adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements. I am NNA certified, background screened and insured.  Carrying an additional $1M in E&O insurance, provides peace of mind.  I am detail oriented, dedicated and driven; allow me to guide you through the transaction.  Fidelity approved!
